Engineering/Programming or Project Manager

Hoffman Building Technologies Control Division designs and installs complete integrated building systems including direct digital controls (DDC) energy management and temperature control systems. We offer solutions that include control systems based on ASHRAE BACnet and LonWorks open protocols.

Presently, we are seeking candidates that are qualified for Engineering / Programming and Project Management positions in the Operations Department. The following attributes are desired:

Highly organized, self-starter with excellent communication skills

Proficiency with computers and Win 2000/XP

Basic knowledge of programming languages and networking

Ability to create basic CAD or VISIO based drawings

Basic understanding of thermodynamics and fluid mechanics

Ability to complete tasks that are related to interpreting construction project specifications and drawings

Basic AC/DC circuit wiring schematic knowledge to understand the application of system design
