The duties of the position include the start-up and repair of HVAC reciprocating and unitary equipment. The qualified candidate should have a strong background in HVAC mechanical equipment and repair service, HVAC systems operation, proven troubleshooting skills, a working knowledge of simple electrical circuits and a minimum of 5 years experience as an HVAC service technician. Proficient use of computers with experience in DDC controls is a plus.
